GA Training was formed in 1994 with the aim of creating and delivering the most effective training and coaching programmes throughout the UK. Our mission is simple; to develop people, and improve performance. Our training ethos ensures that delegates not only develop their professional competencies, but through our engaging delivery we provide the catalyst that leads to improved personal and team performance.
Before making any training recommendations, we take the time to fully understand an organisation's objectives and desired outcomes. Where appropriate, we undertake mystery shopping exercises to benchmark reality, interview key stakeholders, and talk to the delegates before any training takes place. Thorough preparation combined with an understanding of the training objectives and desired outcomes is critical to success.
Our client support team has organised training events from as far North as Thurso, to Plymouth in the South West, and are there to ensure that the training programme runs smoothly and that the client and delegate experience is without comparison. We support our clients at every stage; from venue sourcing, documentation, equipment, delegate feedback, certification and team-building events.
