This course is designed for newly appointed HR / Personnel Assistants, or Managers in SME's responsible for day-to-day HR issues. It will take delegates through everything they need to know about the key law affecting their work and to bring them up to date with new law on discrimination, maternity, 'work/life', data protection/monitoring and discipline/grievance.
