What is this course about?

Time is precious therefore it is important that time given to meetings is used in the most effective manner possible.

 

The aim of this one-day course is to give guidelines on the preparation, structure and communication techniques to run or participate in meetings that are considered valuable. It focuses on the importance of action and commitment. Those attending will have the chance to practise contributing to and chairing concise and productive meetings.
