This course focuses exclusively on face-to-face customer service and provides delegates with all the skills needed to confidently and effectively handle any face-to-face customer situation.
The difference between customer service on the phone and face-to-face can perhaps be best summed up in the following way. The phone is a lot like the radio and face-to-face customer service is similar to the TV. What does this mean to you? Quite simply on the phone you may be able to hide a yawn or get away with slumping in your chair but when a customer is physically in front of you this is not possible - every gesture is magnified when you are face-to-face with your customers.
This course focuses on the key skills needed to communicate effectively (including listening actively), build rapport with your customers and make use of positive non-verbal signals at all times.
This face-to-face customer service training course is only available on an in-company basis for groups of up to 12 people. Prior to any training delivered we would take the time to fully understand the typical face-to-face scenarios your delegates are exposed to and would then build the course workshops around this.
