During our telephone skills training delegates will learn how to handle all types of calls and will practice this in the safe environment of the training room. From the angry or abusive customer to the waffler, every type of caller is reviewed and techniques are covered for coping with a wide and varied stream of calls.
Training Options
This course is currently only available as an in-company training programme for groups of up to 12 people per course. Prior to any programme being delivered for you we take the time to understand the types of calls you receive and we then build workshops around your typical scenarios.
