What is this course about?
Effective performance by managers is critical to the success of any organisation in enabling it to achieve the right results from the front end of the business. This three day Management Development programme focuses on the skills, qualities, attitudes and behaviours that are essential for success in a management role.
Who would benefit?
Managers with full line management responsibility who have previously undergone some introductory management training. The programme builds on the experience of attendees and the skills they have already developed.
