Business success 'down to customer service training'
16 June 2009
Customer service training has been named as playing a major part in a business' success during the last 12 months, a source reveals.
Greensleeves Lawn Care, a Skelmanthorpe firm, has added a number of new franchises to its brand and offers these companies skills development programmes, the Huddersfield Daily Examiner reports.
David Truby, managing director of the organisation, claims that the business' product gives users a sense of wellbeing.
He states: "There is a real commitment to provide exceptional customer service and to grow the business by attracting high-calibre franchisees."
Mr Truby highlights the future potential of the sector and says that demand is outstripping supply, which may interest those looking at customer service training.
Other areas that franchisees are helped with include management and marketing services, as well as the basics of good consumer care, the news provider reports.
The Sydney Morning Herald recently reported that customer service training should emphasise the value of honesty, with companies owning up to mistakes they have made.
From difficult and demanding customers through to more routine interactions GA Trainings customer service training will ensure that whoever you are dealing with and in whatever situation a consistent and exceptional level of service are always the norm.
