The company states that it has been recognised as the most consistently performing water and sewerage business over the last four years.

Colin Skellett, the company's chairman, states: "We have delivered one of our highest ever investment programmes and even better services for our customers."

He states that his organisation's plan will need to increase in the next five years due to additional regulatory burdens and a desire to further improve its services.

Which? magazine recently reported that many mobile phone operators are not meeting their users' consumer care expectations, highlighting the value of customer service training.
