Customer service training: RIAS recognised for its consumer care
10 August 2009
A leading insurance provider has been nominated as a finalist in two consumer care categories of its industry awards, highlighting the value of customer service training.
RIAS is a finalist in both the UK Broker Awards and the CCF European Call Centre Awards, while it received an accolade in this area at June's 2009 British Insurance Awards.
Janet Connor, the company's managing director, says that the whole firm is glad to be a finalist in these contests.
She says: "Being recognised by independent judges for providing excellent customer service in an increasingly competitive arena is extremely rewarding."
Ms Connor says that the company is committed to listening to the needs of consumers and treating these with respect, highlighting the benefits of customer service training.
In other news, Crest Nicholson sales adviser Becky Gripton has been recognised for the high level of consumer care she provides.
Chief executive of Crest Nicholson Stephen Stone attributed this success to customer service training.
