Jet2.com showcasing its customer service training

A leading budget airline is promoting its high levels of consumer care as a reason for people to use its facilities, highlighting the importance of customer service training.

Philip Meeson, boss at Jet2.com, says that its strong offering in this area enables those flying with the company to experience this.

The organisation has announced that it will be running an additional route from Belfast International Airport to Newquay and Jersey, claiming this will give it a chance to show off its customer service training.

Mr Meeson states: "We are dedicated to providing our customers in the region with even more choice when it comes to their holiday destination. [It means] even more people can take advantage of our great fares and leading customer service."

In other news, Alliance and Leicester has been shortlisted in a competition to find the best consumer care, which also highlights the importance of strong customer service training.
