London's Underground 'best in Europe'

London's tube network has been branded the best in Europe, after being judged as having good customer service.
The capital's underground system beat competition from Paris, Madrid, Berlin and Copenhagen to claim the top title in the transit industry's Metro Awards.
Each system was judged on various factors, including customer service and the safety and security of the system.
London mayor Boris Johnson says: "It is tremendous news London's Tube team have been named champions of Europe."
He adds that the transport system is the "artery" of the capital, which is why they are investing millions in improving it.
The praise for the underground follows banking giant HSBC being awarded for its high levels of customer service.
HSBC beat nine other companies in the field to have outstanding speed and quality of service in a new report from brand and innovation strategists Prophet, with the company praising the hardworking team who deliver the great service.
